Cantor Fitzgerald and Silverstein Properties, in partnership with Collins Capital Partners and Kaufman Jacobs, are jointly developing The James at Springline. This mixed-use project will feature 298 rental units and 28,000 square feet of retail space in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

The development is a key component of the master-planned community known as Springline at District 60. This ambitious project aims to transform a former shopping center into a vibrant urban village spanning over 42 acres.

Among its many amenities, The James will offer green spaces for residents to enjoy as well as walking and biking trails for easy access throughout the community. Structured parking will also be available on-site.

Truist Bank has provided $53.6 million in construction financing for the first phase of this exciting development which is set to begin soon.
