KBS has secured 49,135 square feet of lease agreements with three global and national tenants at Carillon, a 24-story trophy office building located in Charlotte, NC. The property totals 488,277 square-feet. KBS signed a 37,909 lease renewal with General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the US Attorney’s Office; an expansion with Lazard – a global financial services firm; and a 1,836 square-foot lease renewal with Moffatt & Nichol Inc., an infrastructure advisory firm.

According to DeLuca from KBS: “Best-in-class office properties in key cities nationwide are growing as companies seek competitive advantages within their respective fields.” He further added that “Charlotte is one such city experiencing an office renaissance due to its vibrant sports and commercial hubs combined with its culturally artistic vibe – making exceptional assets like Carillon highly sought after.” These transactions highlight the ongoing appeal for Class A space among users in Charlotte.
