NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc. has been selected to manage Plaza de la Paz, a popular retail destination in Laguna Niguel spanning 294,566 square feet. The property is owned by entities controlled by Horowitz Group of Newport Beach.
“We are excited to collaborate with the team at NewMark Merrill,” stated SVP Brian Meihaus of Horowitz Group. “After completing a significant redevelopment project at Plaza de la Paz, we believe it is well-positioned for continued success in serving this community. NewMark Merrill’s track record of transforming similar shopping centers into preferred destinations was the deciding factor in choosing them as our property manager.”
According to Placer.ai data, Plaza de la Paz attracts over four million visitors annually and boasts anchor tenants such as Sprouts and CVS along with other local merchants like High Tide Coffee and Rock N’ Road Cyclery.
