**CBRE Assigned Leasing Duties for 1.8M-SF Houston Business Park**
Crow Holdings Development has appointed CBRE to lead leasing efforts for Hightower Business Park, a new industrial development situated in Houston.
Located at 6000 McHard Road, Hightower Business Park benefits from strategic access to key transportation routes, including Fort Bend Parkway, Sam Houston Tollway, Highway 6, and Highway 288. The Class A, multi-tenant industrial project spans 180 acres and will feature six buildings with modern amenities and flexible floor plans designed to accommodate a range of tenant needs.
The project will be constructed in two phases:
– Phase One includes:
– Building One: 163,930 square feet
– Building Two: 343,332 square feet
– Building Three: 228,954 square feet
– Phase Two includes:
– Building Four: 179,311 square feet
– Building Five: 179,311 square feet
– Building Six: 737,437 square feet
Construction on the first phase is currently underway and is anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2026. Phase two will follow, with Crow Holdings actively exploring build-to-suit options to cater to specific tenant requirements.
CBRE’s Faron Wiley, Joseph Smith, and Greg Holmes will handle marketing and leasing for the project.
