CBRE Selected to Lease Retail Phases of $500M Alston Yards Project in Cary, NC
CBRE has been tapped to handle the leasing for multiple retail phases at Alston Yards, a $500 million, 41-acre mixed-use development situated at the intersection of NC Highway 55 and O’Kelly Chapel Road in Cary, North Carolina.
Marketing efforts will be led by CBRE’s Jon Stanley and Charlie Coyne, who will oversee the leasing of approximately 65,000 square feet of retail space on behalf of developer Heritage Capital Partners.
The retail component will be part of a larger master-planned community that includes up to 900 residential units, 200,000 square feet of office space, a boutique hotel, and more than seven acres of open space. This open space will feature a town park and a large community gathering area, establishing the project as a central hub for commerce and community activity.
Alston Yards will also enjoy strategic location advantages, with close proximity to Parkside Town Commons—a 500,000-square-foot retail center—and Apple’s planned 900,000-square-foot East Coast engineering hub.
