CBR E has relocated its Grand Rapids office to 200 Ottawa Avenue NW, Suite 110, expanding its footprint from 1,444 square feet at 634 Front Avenue NW to 4,350 square feet in a prime location in the city’s central business district. The new space features modern workplace design with conference rooms for increased collaboration and free-address seating — where no employee has a dedicated desk or private office — as well as natural light and space for growth. Located within a Class A office building that overlooks Calder Plaza alongside government and municipal facilities, the workspace is designed to encourage collaboration and flexibility while fostering an engaged workforce.
