CBRE has added Michael Lirtzman as managing director for office investor leasing, with the role based in Chicago. Reporting to Office Investor Leasing President Mike Watts, Lirtzman is tasked with driving revenue growth, improving collaboration across business lines and regions, and coordinating with marketing teams to enhance client deliverables and branding.
Proper Title, LLC reported that Maria Milutinovic has joined the company as commercial underwriting counsel, a move aimed at reinforcing its commercial services division.
