CBRE has arranged nine new office leases totaling more than 32,757 square feet at 120 E. Palmetto in Boca Raton, FL. John Criddle, Joseph Freitas and Max Pawk facilitated lease negotiations on behalf of South Florida-based investment group Grover Corlew who purchased the five-story building in March 2022 and have since completed $2 million worth of renovations.
The tenants include: BLSQ Management (represented by Brady Titcomb from JLL), Foundry Commercial (represented by Gabe De Jesus from Foundry Commercial), Forvis (represented by Derek Baker and Lang Williams from Colliers), Glazer Investments (Max Pawk with CBRE) Spectrum Communications, Falcon AI (Jason Carros with Carros Commercial Realty), Olson Research(Dyana Kenney with Penn Florida) Weiseman Brodie Starr & Margolies as well as Gen II Fund Services represented by John Jaspert and Bill Iacovelli both also with CBRE.
