CBRE Facilitates $8M Sale of 601 Pine Street in Downtown Seattle
CBRE has arranged the $8 million sale of 601 Pine Street, a prominent four-story retail building located in the heart of downtown Seattle. The transaction was brokered by CBRE’s Dino Christophilis and Daniel Tibeau, who represented the seller, L&B Realty Advisors, LLP.
“L&B Realty Advisors has been proud to steward this asset on behalf of our client for more than two decades,” said Stacie Crown, Managing Partner at L&B. “We’re pleased to transition 601 Pine to new ownership, poised to continue its legacy in downtown Seattle.”
The property encompasses 67,578 square feet and occupies a 0.35-acre site just one block from Westlake Center, in the core of Seattle’s Central Business District.
According to Christophilis, the new owner plans to undertake extensive renovations to prepare the building for new retail tenants. “We are excited to watch the progress at the property level and believe 601 Pine’s leasing momentum could be the catalyst for attracting other national retailers to downtown Seattle,” he said.
