**CBRE Arranges Recapitalization of The Maverick Apartments in Burien**
CBRE has successfully facilitated the recapitalization of The Maverick, a 229-unit multifamily community located in Burien, Washington. As part of the transaction, a new joint venture equity partner, Stockbridge Capital Group, LLC, was brought in to invest in the property.
CBRE’s multifamily team, including Eli Hanacek, Kyle Yamamoto, Mark Washington, and Natalie Kasper, represented the owner, Pillar Properties, in the deal.

Located at 15045 5th Avenue SW, The Maverick was developed in 2017 and features a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Its amenities include a movie theater, a two-story 24-hour fitness center, a yoga studio, and a resident club lounge.
The property benefits from a prime location within walking distance to Burien Town Square, which offers various shopping and dining options. It is also conveniently positioned about 10 minutes from Seattle International Airport and approximately 15 minutes from downtown Seattle, with quick access to major employers in the area.
