**CBRE Facilitates $35.6M Sale of Cerritos Towne Center Office Portfolio**

CBRE has successfully facilitated the $35.6 million sale of the Cerritos Towne Center office portfolio, a collection of office properties totaling 328,840 square feet. The portfolio includes three office buildings located at 12750 Center Court, 17785 Center Court, and 17871 Park Plaza in Cerritos, California. The asset was acquired by Nome Capital Partners.

The CBRE team representing the seller included Mark Shaffer, Anthony DeLorenzo, Sean Sullivan, Grant Goldman, Mike Longo, and Melissa Moock. They worked in collaboration with Todd Tydlaska of Colliers International. The seller was represented by receiver Ryan C. Baker of Verax Business Group. On the financial side, CBRE’s Greg Grant and Pete Obradovich from the Debt & Structured Finance division secured acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.

“By deploying a comprehensive marketing campaign, we generated significant interest, including a robust number of first-round offers for the ground lease of the portfolio, which drove a highly competitive, multi-round bid sales process,” said Goldman. “This strategy successfully leveraged market demand to secure premium pricing for the asset.”

The Cerritos Towne Center portfolio features a highly diversified tenant roster and is currently 87% leased. Tenants span a range of sectors including government, finance, healthcare, and professional services, contributing to the stability and attractiveness of the investment.
