SkyWater Search Partners, an executive search firm, is expanding and relocating its office space at The 601 Tower in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The deal was facilitated by Colliers’ John McCarthy and Laura Moore and includes a long-term lease for over 12,000 square feet with the property’s landlord. According to Moore, they are delighted to have played a role in securing this transformative space for SkyWater Search Partners.

The Carlson Center campus spans 250 acres and is situated just eight miles west of downtown Minneapolis at the intersection of I-494 and I-394. Developed by the Carlson Company, these iconic buildings stand tall at 16 floors with a total area of 257,000 square feet making them a landmark in western Twin Cities.
