Subtext has announced plans to begin construction at 1011 E Orange Street in Tempe for the development of VERVE Tempe, a state-of-the-art student apartment community. This 15-story building will be conveniently located within walking distance of Arizona State University’s campus and is expected to be completed by Fall 2026. This marks Subtext’s second project in Tempe, following the successful delivery of Canvas in 2021.
The impressive VERVE Tempe will consist of 240 units spanning over an expansive area measuring at approximately479,388 square feet. It will offer a variety of living options including studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts with a total capacity for769 beds. ESG Architecture & Design has been entrustedwith providing architecture and interior design servicesfor this project.Other key partners involved include general contractor Brinkmann Constructors,and Kennedy Wilson who isproviding construction financing.
