**Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc.** has announced the election of Jon Bortz to the company’s Board of Directors, effective December 2. Bortz is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust he launched in 2009. This appointment follows the retirement of long-time board member Jonathan Glaser.
**Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc.** has appointed David Stockert to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Stockert is a general partner of Sweetwater Opportunity Funds, a series of private real estate investment funds based in Atlanta. He has held the role since 2019 and brings significant real estate investment expertise to the board.
**Bridge Housing** has named Lisa Laffer as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. In her new role, Laffer will lead legal and compliance functions and support the company’s operational growth across the West Coast. Prior to joining Bridge Housing, she served as Principal, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Regent Properties.
**IMPACT Community Capital**, a leader in affordable housing debt investment, has announced that current President and CIO Michael Lohmeier will take over as Chief Executive Officer beginning January 1, 2026. Lohmeier will succeed Jeff Brenner, who has led the firm as CEO for over eight years. Brenner will move into a consulting role following his retirement from day-to-day operations.
**Cain**, the global investment management firm led by Jonathan Goldstein, has appointed Bob Graziano as Chief Strategy Advisor. Graziano will focus on advancing the One Beverly Hills project, part of Cain’s global luxury investment platform. He most recently retired as Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase and previously served for 18 years with the Los Angeles Dodgers, including as President and COO.
**The J. Paul Getty Trust** has named Machelle Vieux as Vice President of Facilities Operations and Capital Planning. Vieux is currently the Associate Vice President of Facilities Services at the University of Chicago and will begin her role at Getty on January 5, 2026.
**Yardi** has launched Yardi MH Manager, a new software solution tailored to meet the operational needs of large-scale manufactured housing communities. The platform features intuitive dashboards, mobile functionality, real-time reporting, and seamless integration with other Yardi systems for marketing, CRM, screening, energy management, procurement, and construction.
