C.W. Driver Companies has recently announced the opening of Begonia Place, a new mixed-use residential project in Temple City, located just northeast of Los Angeles. The $37.8-million development is the result of a partnership between C.W. Driver and owner Begonia Real Estate Development.
Featuring 74 apartment units ranging from 732 to 1,251 square feet, Begonia Place offers modern two- and three-bedroom layouts across its four-story structure, including 19 multi-floor penthouses for added luxury living options. The first floor also includes over 14,000 square feet of retail and commercial space for added convenience to residents.
