**BWE Secures $15.5M to Refinance Troy Corporate Center in Michigan**

BWE has successfully secured a $15.5 million loan to refinance the Troy Corporate Center, a Class-A office building located in Troy, Michigan, a northern suburb of the Detroit metropolitan area.

The financing deal was led by Dan Rosenberg, Executive Vice President at BWE’s Chicago and Boca Raton offices, with support from Logan Petersmeyer, Senior Analyst in the Chicago office, and Isabella Barrios, Analyst in the Boca Raton office. The team executed the transaction on behalf of Integris Ventures, a Midwest-based commercial real estate investment firm specializing in office, retail, and industrial assets throughout the United States.

The non-recourse loan was provided by a life insurance company and features a highly competitive interest rate along with a 30-year amortization schedule.

The Troy Corporate Center, located at 880 Long Lake Road, comprises 189,790 square feet of office space spread across six stories. The property boasts newly renovated common areas and high-end tenant amenities including a micromarket, conference and event space, covered parking, locker rooms, and a fully equipped fitness center.
