Vantage Builders, Inc. recently completed a renovation project for Lutronic’s U.S. headquarters in Billerica, MA. The extensive 20,000-square-foot project involved refurbishing the lobby and both clinical and office spaces.
Notable features of the renovation include a revamped lobby with an eye-catching moss wall and a refurbished spiral staircase. Additionally, warehouse space was converted into offices, conference rooms, and amenities to expand the clinical area. The second floor also underwent significant changes with new offices added along with meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
According to Michael Palumbo, vice president of Global Service at Lutronic: “The Vantage Builders team did an exceptional job updating our office and clinical space to create a more inviting work environment for our valued employees.” He further adds that the new lobby is welcoming while reflecting positively on their work done for clients’ patients as well.
The project team consisted of Ebbrell Architecture + Design along with RMF Engineering who provided their expertise in JLL Project & Development Services capacity.
