Array Technologies, a leading solar technology company, is expanding its operations with the construction of a new 216,000-square-foot facility in Albuquerque. The company has outgrown its current plant on the east side and plans to use this new facility for manufacturing solar tracking systems. These systems allow solar panels to rotate throughout the day to maximize their exposure to sunlight.

To support this project, Array is seeking $3 million in funding from Local Economic Development Act (LEDA). This investment will not only benefit the company but also create job opportunities as it plans to add 87 positions at the new facility. Currently employing 318 full-time workers in Albuquerque, Array aims to retain all of them through this relocation.

Founded in 2018 and publicly listed since 2020, Array generates most of its revenue (72%) from customers within the United States while remaining income comes from international clients. With these impressive numbers and expansion plans underway, it’s clear that Array Technologies is poised for continued success.
