David Holmberg has recently joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) in New York as a partner in the global Tax Practice. With expertise in private equity real estate, direct lending, and distressed strategies, he brings valuable insights to complex commercial real estate transactions.

Holmberg specializes in advising on tax aspects of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, debt workouts, and restructurings. He also has extensive experience working with public and private REITs as well as cross-border engagements. Prior to joining BCLP, he was a part of Akin Gump.
