**Four Peaks Multifamily Partners Acquires Broomfield Apartment Asset for $85M**
Four Peaks Multifamily Partners has acquired the 297-unit Harvest Station Apartments in Broomfield for $85 million. The property, located at 11775 Wadsworth Boulevard, was sold by Hamilton Zanze, which had originally purchased it in 2016 for $67.2 million.
Constructed in 2014, the complex offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with some units reaching up to 1,500 square feet. Select residences feature attached garages and private patios.
Residents of Harvest Station Apartments enjoy a range of amenities including a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, pet park, swimming pool, and spa.
