PREMIER Design + Build Group has recently completed the Montrose 287 Logistics Center in South Plainfield, NJ and has begun construction on the Union Distribution Center in Union, NJ for Brookfield Properties. This marks PREMIER’s first project with Brookfield.

The Montrose 287 Logistics Center was finished at the end of October and boasts a total area of 112,191 square feet. It features a clear height of 36 feet, 27 dock doors, two drive-in doors, parking for up to 98 cars and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. The office space was also customized to meet the specific needs of its tenant.

In September this year, PREMIER broke ground on their second project with Brookfield – the Union Distribution Center. This Class A distribution facility spans over an area of151 ,676 square feet and includes a build-to-suit office space measuring at4 ,000 square feet. It also offers amenities such as a clear height of36feet ,28dock doors,two drive-in doors,and parking spaces for16 trailersand123 cars.
