Bradford Allen Secures 11,000-SF Central Loop Lease Renewal for Anesi Ozmon
Bradford Allen has successfully completed a seven-year lease renewal for law firm Anesi Ozmon Ltd., securing 10,780 square feet of office space at 161 North Clark Street in Chicago’s Central Loop.
The deal was brokered by Ben Azulay, Bradford Allen’s President of Brokerage Services, and Nathan Meisner, Associate Director. “With Class A space at a premium in downtown Chicago, Anesi Ozmon chose to remain at 161 N. Clark but update its private office footprint to meet the firm’s evolving needs,” Azulay explained.
161 North Clark, a 50-story Class A office tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and constructed in 1992, offers a range of premium amenities. These include an expansive, modern lobby, a tenant lounge, conference facilities, and a fitness center. The building’s ground-floor retail options feature Hannah’s Bretzel, Fifth Third Bank, DHL, and Larry’s Shoe Shine.
Centrally located, 161 North Clark is within walking distance of multiple CTA “L” stations, as well as major transportation hubs including the Ogilvie Transportation Center, Union Station, Millennium Station, and LaSalle Street Station. The Central Loop continues to be a highly competitive submarket, accounting for 33.4% of all office leasing activity in the third quarter.
