**Booz Allen Hamilton to Relocate Global Headquarters to Reston Station**
Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. has announced that Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. will relocate its global headquarters to two buildings at The Row in Reston Station. The firm signed leases to occupy the entire building at 1870 Reston Row Plaza, which is nearing completion, as well as multiple floors in the recently completed building at 1800 Reston Row Plaza.
The combined leases span more than 310,000 square feet and include plans for an enclosed, to-be-built bridge connecting the seventh floors of the two buildings. The agreements also include options for future expansion. The office towers represent part of the second phase of Comstock’s expansive Reston Station development.
Reston Station is a 90-acre, transit-oriented, mixed-use development located along the Dulles Toll Road and adjacent to the Wiehle-Reston East Station on Metro’s Silver Line. The development is home to the national or regional headquarters of several notable companies including Google, ICF International, CARFAX, Spotify, Qualtrics, and Rolls-Royce of America. In addition to its commercial footprint, Reston Station features a growing residential community of more than 2,000 residents housed in townhomes, mid-rises, and high-rise towers.
