Boosalis Properties Facilitates Major Industrial Lease in Northern Virginia
Boosalis Properties has announced the leasing of 95,598 square feet of industrial space located at 7201 Wimsatt Road in Springfield, Virginia. The transaction is one of the largest industrial lease agreements reported in the Northern Virginia market for 2025.
The space, formerly part of the historic Robinson Terminal complex, was secured through a six-year lease that marks the East Coast expansion of a national B2B distributor specializing in apparel, t-shirts, and promotional textile products. George Boosalis of Boosalis Properties represented the tenant in the deal.
