**BLT Enterprises Inks 73,000 SF in Creative Office Leases Across Los Angeles**
BLT Enterprises has secured a total of 73,000 square feet in new leases and lease extensions across four creative office properties in the Los Angeles area.
The largest of the deals involved video game developer Nexon, which extended its 49,307-square-foot lease at 621 Hawaii Street in El Segundo.
In Hollywood, media company 88Rising, Inc. renewed its single-tenant lease for an 8,596-square-foot office building located at 5735 Melrose Avenue.
In Playa Vista, BLT Enterprises signed two new leases: an 8,100-square-foot lease with fashion label V. Chapman at 6368 Arizona Circle, and a 7,000-square-foot lease with wellness brand Virgosity at 6374 Arizona Circle.
According to Robert Solomon, President and Chief Legal Officer at BLT Enterprises, demand for modern, turnkey creative office properties is on the rise in the western and southwestern parts of Los Angeles.
