**Birtcher Anderson & Davis Completes Full-Cycle on Jurupa Valley Industrial Project**
Birtcher Anderson & Davis (BA&D) has announced the successful completion and disposition of Troy Court Industrial, a Class A industrial development located in Jurupa Valley. The three-building project, which spans approximately 191,311 square feet, was acquired as raw land in December 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. BA&D completed the development and fully exited the investment in December 2025, selling the buildings at 4725, 4790, and 4795 Troy Court to multiple buyers.
“Acquiring land during the peak uncertainty of late 2020 required conviction and discipline,” said Daniel Karcher, President of BA&D. “Over the past five years, the Inland Empire industrial real estate market has demonstrated remarkable resilience and growth, driven by surging demand for logistics and distribution space, historically low vacancy rates, and ongoing institutional investment.”
Karcher added, “Despite challenges posed by the pandemic and declining values over the past 18 months, we were able to deliver Troy Court at institutional quality and successfully complete a profitable business plan. This outcome reflects the continued strength and fundamentals of the region.”
The Troy Court Industrial project is a testament to BA&D’s strategic planning and long-term vision amidst a volatile market environment.
