Immunome, Inc., a leading biotechnology company specializing in targeted cancer therapies, has announced its selection of the Alloy Innovation Center in Bothell, WA as its new corporate headquarters. The decision comes after Immunome’s recent merger with Morphimmune.

“We are excited to welcome Immunome to our modern campus in Bothell and we are confident that our state-of-the-art facilities will support their objectives,” stated Alicia Hinds, head of asset management at Alloy Properties. “We are honored that they have chosen us and trust us to meet their growing needs during this exciting phase.”

Alloy Properties and West | Tech Properties jointly acquired the 200,000-square-foot property in 2021 and have since transformed it into a cutting-edge life science lab and creative office space. The purpose-built campus offers tenants specialized laboratory suites equipped with advanced building systems designed for lab use. Additionally, backup generators and on-site personnel provide assistance for day-to-day operations.
