Immunome, a biotechnology company, has recently secured a lease at the Alloy Innovation Center in Bothell, Washington. The new space adds to their current 29,344 square feet and offers the potential for future expansion.
Newmark’s Executive Managing Director Tim O’Keefe and Director Brody O’Keefe acted as representatives for Immunome during this transaction. Newmark has been advising Immunome since its merger with Morphimmune. The Alloy Innovation Center is owned by West | Tech Properties and provides cutting-edge research laboratories and collaborative workspaces.
According to Max Rosett , Chief Financial Officer at Immunome: “The decision to lease at the Alloy Innovation Center aligns perfectly with our growth plans as we seek cost-effective facilities that support our next-generation antibody-drug conjugate discovery.”
Tim O’Keefe added: “It was crucial for us to find a flexible space that could accommodate our client’s rapid growth while also allowing them immediate occupancy.” By choosing spec-built office and lab spaces, Immunome is well-positioned to continue their impressive expansion even during these challenging times in the industry.
