**Biotech Firm AI Proteins Signs Headquarters Lease at One Kenmore Square**
Related Beal has completed a 40,000-square-foot lease agreement with AI Proteins at its One Kenmore Square development in Boston. The biotechnology firm will occupy cutting-edge office and laboratory space at the Beacon Building, located at 660 Commonwealth Avenue. The newly leased space will serve as AI Proteins’ new headquarters.
AI Proteins is an innovative leader in the development of protein-based medicines and therapeutics. The company utilizes synthetic biology, robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence to rapidly design and develop mini-protein medicines from the ground up.
