**Biopharma Giant Expands Commitment at Allston Innovation Center**
Tishman Speyer and Breakthrough Properties announced that a leading biopharma company will significantly expand its presence at the upcoming Innovation Center located in the Harvard Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) in Boston’s Allston neighborhood. While Breakthrough has not officially confirmed the company’s name, the Boston Business Journal has reported it to be Roche.
Originally, the company had committed to 30,000 square feet of space within One Milestone — the state-of-the-art life sciences facility currently under construction. That commitment has now grown to 100,000 square feet, with a phased move-in scheduled to begin in mid-2026.
The expansion marks a major investment in the ERC and underscores the project’s role in bolstering collaboration between cutting-edge industry players and leading academic institutions.
