BHI, a comprehensive commercial bank, has increased its capital call line facility from $90 million to $150 million in order to support Yellowstone Funds in navigating the market and seizing acquisition opportunities. With institutional investors backing them, Yellowstone is evaluating potential investments and the added liquidity will aid their value-creation initiatives.
Under the leadership of CEO Issac Hera, Yellowstone’s portfolio includes assets such as 220 W 42nd Street, Maxwell Hotel and The Watson Hotel in New York City. “BHI has an innate understanding of how to structure financing that allows borrowers the freedom and flexibility to take advantage of market opportunities,” stated Hera. “We are excited about our ongoing partnership with BHI and look forward to capitalizing on other promising prospects within the real estate market.”
