The property is a 408-unit garden-style multifamily complex. Charles J. Foschini, Christopher Apone, Lourdes Carranza-Alvarez and Shannon Wilson of Berkadia Miami worked together to secure a $54.7 million loan on behalf of Advenir.
The loan was originated by Berkadia and purchased by Freddie Mac with a fixed-rate for five years and a 65 percent loan-to-value ratio.
Advenir at the Oaks was built in two phases between 1989 and 1991 on Old Winter Garden Road (3100 &3200).
