Berkadia Secures $34M for Bozeman Assisted Living Community
Berkadia has announced the successful refinancing of Bozeman Lodge, an independent and assisted living community located in Bozeman, Montana. The financing was arranged on behalf of Oregon-based owner-operator Radiant Senior Living.
The transaction was led by Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare’s Managing Directors Ed Williams, Steve Muth, and Austin Sacco, along with Senior Director Garrett Sacco and AVP Alec Rosenfeld. The team secured the debt from a specialized fund.
The $34 million, 2.5-year loan includes full-term interest-only payments and provides additional capital to support ongoing improvements at the community.
“Bozeman Lodge is a high-quality community in a dynamic market, and this refinancing provides the ownership with flexible capital to execute their business plan and continue enhancing the resident experience,” said Steve Muth.
Bozeman Lodge is located at 1547 N Hunters Way in the Gallatin Valley, in the same city as Montana State University and within close proximity to Yellowstone National Park. The property offers one- and two-bedroom private apartments as well as two-bedroom cottages for residents.
