Berkadia Secures $34M Refinance for Bozeman Lodge in Montana
Berkadia has announced the successful refinancing of Bozeman Lodge, a senior living community offering independent and assisted living services in Bozeman, Montana.
The transaction was led by Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, with assistance from Managing Directors Ed Williams, Steve Muth, and Austin Sacco, along with Senior Director Garrett Sacco and AVP Alec Rosenfeld. The team secured the $34 million loan from a debt fund on behalf of the owner-operator, Radiant Senior Living, an Oregon-based provider.
The 2.5-year financing includes interest-only payments for the full term and provides additional funds to support capital improvements at the property.
“Bozeman Lodge is a high-quality community in a dynamic market, and this refinancing provides the ownership with flexible capital to execute their business plan and continue enhancing the resident experience,” said Steve Muth.
Located at 1547 N Hunters Way, Bozeman Lodge is nestled in the scenic Gallatin Valley. The community is situated in Bozeman, home to Montana State University, and lies less than 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. The community features private one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom cottages, catering to a range of senior living needs.
