Kennedy Wilson Brokerage successfully facilitated a lease for 5,600 square feet of office space at 909 S. Santa Fe Ave in the Arts District neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. The new tenant, online electronic music streaming company Beatport, will be occupying the former creative office space previously used by a prominent design agency.
AVP Jack Nathan and VP Caleb Hodge represented the landlord, 909 S Santa Fe Ave LLC. The specific details of the lease agreement have not been disclosed.
According to Nathan, this location is highly desirable for creative companies like Beatport due to its prime placement between Soho Warehouse and Warner Music Group with popular restaurant Bestia just around the corner.
The building itself was constructed in 1917 and boasts attractive features such as a bow truss ceiling, polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls,s skylights,a communal patio area,and gated parking.
