Avison Young has been selected to market Laguna Vista, a ±80-acre mixed-use waterfront development site located at 17777 Old Cutler Road in the Palmetto Bay submarket of Miami, Florida. Positioned along Biscayne Bay, the property represents one of the largest contiguous redevelopment opportunities in Miami-Dade County. The site is currently owned by Goddard Investment Group.
Previously serving as the global headquarters for Burger King, the property today comprises a three-building office complex totaling 315,000 square feet. Laguna Vista is fully entitled for significant future development, including 413 multifamily residential units, 42 townhomes, a 120-key hotel, 280,000 square feet of retail space, and the preservation of 315,000 square feet of office facilities.
