Her work has spanned transaction execution and strategic advisory assignments for a range of office users and property owners, giving her direct exposure to both sides of the office leasing and investment equation.
Before joining Avison Young, Rizzo served as executive vice president and principal at Hunneman, where she held a senior leadership role while remaining active in client advisory work. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Newmark and Colliers, building a professional background across multiple established brokerage platforms. That experience across several firms adds to the institutional perspective she brings to Avison Young’s New England business.
