Starbucks Corporation has recently renewed its lease for 2,600 square feet of space at 515 Madison Avenue in Midtown. The DuMont Building, a prestigious class A building designed by John H. Carpenter and built in 1932, will continue to be home to the popular coffee chain for another decade.

In the past year alone, 515 Madison has successfully secured long-term leases with various companies ranging from fashion retailers to professional service firms such as Zadig & Voltaire, Mark Ingram Atelier, Components by John McCoy and more. Martin McGrath of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord while David Firestein of SCG Retail/The Shopping Center Group represented Starbucks in this transaction.

According to McGrath from GFP Real Estate,”Starbucks has been a valued tenant at our property for almost two decades now due to its prime location that attracts high foot traffic from office workers,residents,and tourists.” This latest development is yet another testamenttothe appealand successof515Madison’s leasing effortsin recent times.
