Avatar Financial Group LLC has successfully funded a $4.37 million bridge loan secured by two income-producing RV parks in Oregon — one in Coos Bay and the other in Boardman.
The loan is structured with a two-year term and features a combined net loan-to-value ratio of 44%. Proceeds were used both to refinance existing debt and to provide the sponsor with cash-out financing for the renovation of other properties within their broader portfolio. The borrower is an experienced operator specializing in mobile home communities and RV parks throughout Washington and Oregon.
The collateral includes Lucky Loggers RV Park, a 78-site property located at 250 E. Johnson Ave. in downtown Coos Bay near the Port of Coos Bay, and Driftwood RV Park & Resort, a 110-site park featuring pull-through spaces, located at 800 W. Kunze Lane in Boardman.
Following planned renovations on additional properties and income stabilization, the borrower intends to refinance the bridge loan through long-term permanent financing.
