Diversified Partners is set to receive final approval from the town for a major auto mall and other commercial ventures at Signal Butte Road and State Route 24 in Mesa. The project, which includes 550 new multifamily units and retail uses, is expected to be given the green light by city officials.
The development team consists of EPS Group Inc. as the civil engineer and ALBA as the planner and landscape architect.
According to a report by Phoenix Business Journal, last July Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted in favor of a zoning change for this site that was previously known as Berge Auto Mall. Berge Auto Group currently operates seven dealerships across Arizona including locations in Gilbert, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix Scottsdale,and Tucson.
