Construction has officially begun at Sixth&Blanco, a mixed-use development in Austin that will feature both a hotel and luxury condos. The project is being led by Riverside and MML, with financing provided by Arvest Bank, Prosperity Bank, and Southside Bank in the form of a $193 million construction loan.
Designed by renowned Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron along with Page Architects, Sixth&Blanco will offer ten exclusive private residences as well as a 57-key luxury hotel operated by MML.
