River City Capital Partners has a strategic plan to develop high-quality apartment complexes in close proximity to major employers. In Southeast Austin, the company is set to build over 700 apartments just 15 minutes away from the Tesla Gigafactory, which currently employs more than 20,000 individuals. Additionally, River City Capital intends to construct a rental community with more than 1,000 units near the Samsung factory in Taylor.

The first phase of this project will be located near the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on approximately six acres at 6610 E. Riverside Drive. This development will be completed in multiple stages and will include affordable housing options for residents. The proposed unit mix includes 318 units priced at or below 80% of median family income (MFI), as well as an additional38 units priced at60% MFI.The remaining units will be offered at market rate prices and there are also plans for a retail strip spanning10,000 square feet.
