XAG Group has purchased 20 acres of land in the 3,000-acre Montgomery County master-planned community known as Audubon to construct a mixed-use retail center that will include a multifamily community. The project is expected to be completed in two phases with the first phase being an approximate 30,000 square foot two story retail center featuring specialty stores and restaurants within a pedestrian friendly outdoor setting. XAG anticipates this phase will open by early 2024.
The second phase of Rasha at Audubon will consist of three story garden style apartments and four story mid rise units totaling 326 units; 184 one bedroom apartments, 126 two bedroom units and 16 three bedroom units. Amenities for these residences include business centers with co working spaces, fitness centers, yoga studios family movie theaters and game rooms all anticipated to be delivered by the first quarter of 2025.
