The property spans over 14,000 square feet and is currently occupied by Central Ohio Surgical Institute which is majority-owned by OhioHealth – a reputable not-for-profit healthcare system based in Columbus. The strategic location of this property within the affluent master-planned suburb of Columbus – the New Albany International Business Park – ensures strong demand and potential for growth.
This acquisition was made through Flagship’s private real estate investment trust known as Flagship Healthcare Trust. In addition to ownership, Flagship will also provide comprehensive management services for this ASC. Financing for this transaction was provided by Fifth Third Bank while Nick Myers from Zeustra represented the sellers.
