Atlantic Union Bank Signs Full-Floor Lease in Virginia Beach
Armada Hoffler has announced that Atlantic Union Bank has signed a full-floor lease at One Columbus Center, located in the heart of the Town Center of Virginia Beach. The lease covers approximately 12,000 square feet and immediately replaces space that had recently become vacant. Notably, the new agreement comes at nearly a 7% increase over the previous tenant’s lease rate. With this deal, Armada Hoffler’s office portfolio at Town Center reaches a 99% occupancy rate.
The landlord was represented by Divaris Real Estate, while Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the tenant in the transaction.
One Columbus Center, a Class A office building, is part of Armada Hoffler’s Town Center portfolio and offers tenants convenient access to a variety of amenities including dining, retail, entertainment, and residential options.
