A former Ramada Plaza hotel in Atlanta’s Summerhill neighborhood is set to be transformed into senior housing. The 3.25-acre property, located across from Georgia State University’s Convocation Center, will feature 231 apartments for residents aged 55 and older.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the lobby of the hotel will be repurposed as a hub of amenities for potential tenants including a movie theater, fitness center, business center and library.
