Teso Life, a fast-growing Japanese-style lifestyle retail chain, is expanding into the Portland area with two new store openings. The New York-based company, known for its curated selection of Asian health and beauty products, home goods, toys, and other lifestyle items, currently operates 20 stores nationwide.

According to the Portland Business Journal, the company plans to open one store at 10548 S.E. Washington Street in Southeast Portland later this month. This location is within Plaza 205, a retail center located just east of Interstate 205 and anchored by a newly opened 99 Ranch Market. The second store will open in May at 4005 S.W. 117th Avenue in Beaverton, occupying a former Joann Fabrics space.

This announcement follows Teso Life’s debut in the Pacific Northwest last year with a store in Seattle and a recently signed lease for a second Washington location in Tukwila.

With its growing footprint across the U.S., Teso Life continues to expand its unique blend of Japanese and Asian lifestyle products to new markets.
