Ascendant Development has successfully completed the construction of Haven at Mansfield, a luxurious multifamily community consisting of 257 units. The property, located at 269 N State Hwy 360 in Mansfield, TX, was financed by a $29 million loan from Amerant Bank and was designed by EDI International.
According to Commercial Edge reports, Ascendant began work on the project in 2021 and is pleased with its early activity. Richard Owen of Ascendant stated that Haven at Mansfield is already preleased up to 35% with rents exceeding expectations.
Haven at Mansfield features three four-story buildings offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 634 to 1,270 square feet. Each apartment comes equipped with modern amenities such as in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets,
energy-efficient LED lighting,
smart lock systems,
and stainless steel appliances.
Select layouts also include private balconies or patios.
Residents can enjoy common-area amenities including a swimming pool,
clubhouse,
yoga studio
and fitness center open for twenty-four hours.
Outdoor grilling stations are also available for use along with package lockers for added convenience.
The success of this new rental development highlights the demand for high-quality housing options in Dallas’ growing market without explicitly mentioning “Connect” or any specific locations within Texas or LA.
