**Arselle and Amoroso Launch $500 Million Multifamily Investment Platform Focused on Western U.S. Markets**
Arselle Investments and Amoroso Companies have officially formed a multifamily investment platform, Amonte Living, with plans to acquire up to $500 million in multifamily properties across major markets in the Western United States over the next two to three years.
Based in Southern California, the two firms began their partnership in 2025 and have already completed acquisitions of three multifamily properties totaling approximately $90 million. These include:
– Alur, a 51-unit property in Pasadena purchased for $22 million
– Sofi at Topanga Canyon, a 119-unit community in Chatsworth acquired for $44 million
– Terraces at La Cienega, a 48-unit asset in West Hollywood bought for $23 million
Through Amonte Living, the partners intend to capitalize on the ongoing repricing occurring within the multifamily space. The strategy will focus on acquiring high-quality assets in suburban and infill locations that benefit from strong demographic trends, healthy job growth, and limited new supply.
“This is a compelling time to invest in multifamily assets,” said Aaron Greeno, founder and managing partner of Arselle. “Supply is rationalizing in many markets with fundamentals stabilizing, but there continues to be pressure on many overleveraged owners, which should continue to drive attractive acquisition opportunities in the sector.”
With the launch of Amonte Living, Arselle and Amoroso aim to significantly expand their multifamily footprint throughout the Western U.S. in the years ahead.
