**Arrow Real Estate Advisors Secures $12M Freddie Mac Loan for Bronx Multifamily Property**
Arrow Real Estate Advisors has arranged a $12,091,000 Freddie Mac loan for a multifamily property located at 3030 Middletown Road in the Bronx, New York. The financing was sourced by Senior Director Eli Serebrowski and Vice President Meir Schlusselberg on behalf of H Holding Group / Magen Capital, led by Sharon Hakmon.
The 50,916-square-foot building features 46 residential units and two commercial spaces. The new loan replaces an existing maturing mortgage and provides long-term financial stability during a time of market volatility. The five-year loan includes two years of interest-only payments and carries a fixed interest rate of 5.41%.
